What is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP)?

AEPs are university trained allied health professionals who prescribe a suitable and safe exercise program to prevent or manage any chronic or complex health conditions you may have, and to improve quality of life.

AEPs assess, prescribe, monitor and supervise exercise and lifestyle programs to ensure our clients are exercising safely and achieving their health goals. We have a strong focus on lifestyle change, provide support and advice, and specialise in achieving behavioural change.

Whether you are interested in beginning an exercise program, recommencing an exercise routine, or need advice regarding your current regimen, you can ensure you are in the most qualified hands when consulting with an AEP.
