All clients who hold a Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) gold card (and eligible white card holders) are bulk billed for exercise physiology services.

Following an individual assessment with one of our friendly AEPs, a safe and suitable personalised exercise program is developed which takes into account your specific needs and goals.
Medicare rebates are available if your GP refers you through a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan, which was formerly known as an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan. To qualify for a CDM plan you must have a chronic condition. If you are unsure as to whether you are eligible for this referral, please consult with your GP.
Clients with type 2 diabetes also qualify for an additional referral under Medicare (Allied Health Group Services Referral). This referral entitles you to an initial assessment plus eight gentle exercise class sessions with our Accredited Exercise Physiologists. Please ensure that you have a current referral from your GP prior to booking a consultation.

At Insight Exercise Physiology, we are experienced at working with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants. Our services can be provided to Self-Managed NDIS participants as well as those using a Plan Manager. Funding for Exercise Physiology can be accessed through the ‘Improved Health and Wellbeing’ NDIS category or the ‘Improve Daily Living’ category.
We provide the option of home based, gym based or clinic consultations for our NDIS clients. Our experienced and friendly exercise physiologists work closely with all team members to ensure each client’s specific needs and goals are achieved.
